Who I Really Am

Danielle LoDuca is a wife, mother of 5, and an enthusiast for horseback archery. She’s passionate about showing how women can be empowered and reach their goals.

After having 5 kids in 6 years, she found herself burnt out, frail and unfulfilled. Pursuing her dream to be a horseback archer started her on a journey to transform her weakness into strength and wellbeing – mind, body, heart and soul.

Danielle is a Certified Life Coach (CLC), a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and Certified Group Fitness Instructor (CGFI).

She believes that women can be the most powerful force in the world and that when women are strong, everyone benefits.

Caroline Lowie

Merciful Warrior Menor

I love being a CPT because I get to share my passion with others, watch them grow, become healthier, and stronger. I am able to be a part of their lives and be a positive part of their day.

I love what I do! I love doing life with people and helping them become their best selves. It is exciting to see my words have an impact. Sometimes during a work I say something stupid and make someone smile or say I something smart and I get to watch someone mentally and physically understand the movement, CRUSH it, and move forward

Women often underestimate what they CAN do. My passion is helping women find their strength within.

To help women reach their potential I us my Training Philosophy which is; Keep showing up. Some days will be better than others but you have to trust the process. Be patient with yourself, and keep doing the work. Also, eat! You cannot have a great workout or be healthy if you are starving.

I believe staying healthy for the ones that you love is the best gift that you can give anyone.

*I enjoy body building and celebrating diversity. I enjoy learning about other cultures.  I enjoy exploring and traveling to new places.*

I find peace with animals, nature, and family. I am grateful to witness and receive the world’s beauty.

My Goals:Love on more people and do it well. Keep showing up for myself.
